PR 5202 Pulse Isolator

The PR 5202 Pulse Isolator is a high-performance industrial signal isolator for accurate pulse signal conditioning, distribution, and protection in automation systems. Featuring dual channels and 2 or 4 configurable outputs, this DIN-rail mountable pulse isolator enables one input signal to reliably duplicate and route to multiple outputs. In addition, the 5202 Series, from PR electronics, also offers built-in cable error detection to enhance system diagnostics and uptime.

Featuring 5-port galvanic isolation rated at 3.75 kVAC, the PR 5202 Pulse Isolator delivers robust electrical separation between inputs, outputs, and power supply. Thus, the 5202 Series minimizes noise, interference, and ground loop issues in complex control environments. The universal AC/DC power supply (21.6-253 VAC or 19.2-300 VDC) ensures compatibility with a wide range of industrial installations.

• Each relay can program to the function N.O. or N.C.
• Inputs, outputs, and supply are floating and galvanically separate.
• PR 5202A: 
  • Models 5202A1 and 5202A2 features relays with change-over contacts or open NPN collectors. 
  • Model 5202A4 has 4 SPST relays, which activate simultaneously two and two. 
• PR 5202B:
  • Models 5202B1 and 5202B2 have relays with change-over contacts or open NPN collectors available in the safe area. 
  • Model PR5202B4 has 4 SPST relays, which activate simultaneously two and two, available in the safe area.
