PR 5335 HART Temperature Transmitter

The PR 5335 HART Temperature Transmitter is a high-performance industrial temperature transmitter for accurate process monitoring and advanced communication. The 5335, from PR electronics, is compatible with RTD (Pt100-Pt1000, Ni100-Ni1000), thermocouple (TC), ohmic, and mV inputs. Furthermore, this versatile signal conditioning linearizes temperature signals and outputs a reliable 4-20 mA signal with integrated HART 5 communication protocol for flexible diagnostics and device configuration.

• Linearized temperature measurement with Pt100-Pt1000, Ni100-Ni1000, or thermocouple (TC) sensor.
• Difference or average temperature measurement of 2 resistance or TC sensors.
• Conversion of linear resistance variation to a standard analog current signal, for example, from valves or Ohmic level sensors.
• Amplification of a bipolar mV signal to a standard 4-20 mA current signal.
• Connection of up to 15 transmitters to a digital 2-wire signal with HART communication.
• Models in the 5335 Series are galvanically isolated as well as intrinsically safe and feature multiple, different certifications for use in hazardous areas, including, ATEX, CSA, and IECEx, and is suitable for use in marine applications.
• Model PR 5335A is certified for hazardous areas Zone 2 / Div 2.
