EXLW Series HMI Controller
The EXLW 7" touch screen HMI controller is now faster than ever with improved logic, higher screen resolution, as well as proven performance.
- 580x480 LCD TFT color graphics display with a high resolution resistive touchscreen
- USB 2.0 On-the-Go port (mini-B 5pin) is available for programming
- USB 2.0 Host port (A) is available for exchanging files with USB FLASH drives
- Two (2) RS-232 and one (1) RS-485 port support RTU/Modbus Commander / Responder (Master / Slave), ASCII In/Out, and PLC/Drive downloadable protocols
7 Inch Color Touchscreen HMI
The EXLW, from Horner Automation, features intuitive functionalities and innovative capabilities like the previous models of Horner's XL Series of OCS controllers. Moreover, the LCD TFT display on the EXLW is full color with VGA resolution and provides virtually instantaneous updates. Low-temperature options are also available as an add-on feature.
Full Ethernet Built into Every Unit
The EXLW has built-in 100Mbps Ethernet. The EXLW Ethernet support includes an integrated Web Server, FTP Host, Email, Modbus/TCP Commander / Responder (Master / Slave), Programming, in addition to much more.
Online Programming & High-Speed USB 2.0
The EXLW includes two USB 2.0 ports; a host port in addition to an on-the-go port. The Host Port allows connection of removable flash drives, thus supporting drives up to 2TB. Furthermore, EXLW Online Programming allows the logic program to be modified on-the-fly without entering stop mode.
