Stand-alone units can include a sunshield and sun-readable display, thus making it suitable for use outdoors. This is also useful in harsh environments where the touchscreen HMI needs protection when not in use, such as on marine vessels. Table-top versions are ideal for laboratories and analyzer rooms and can easily be transported or stored when not in use. Our in-line and on-site units are ideal for manufacturing applications, gas sampling system automation, gas processing, and other continuous or batch dosing processes. Portable units can be built in custom Pelican cases; thus allowing easy transportation while offering sufficient protection from the environment or other damage.

Common Applications for Liquid Dosing Systems

This automated dosing system is ideal for batching or continuous dosing of additives to fuels such as diesel blending, automating sampling systems in analyzer rooms, or for manufacturing processes. Liquid dosing systems are useful in gas processing facilities, refineries, pilot plants, analyzer rooms, drill sites, in food and beverage production facilities, as well as offshore on rigs or ships. Common industrial uses include water in diesel applications, dosing of chemicals to fuels, and dosing chemicals such as chlorine to wastewater streams. Furthermore, out dosing systems are useful for applying coatings to machinery parts, adding dyes and flavors to food and beverages, and much more.
